Druitt ingredients are mannitol, methionine, poloxamer 188, diluted phosphoric acid, sodium hydroxide, water for injections.

 

 Ovitrelle WHAT IS AND WHAT IT IS USED

 

Ovitrelle is a solution for injection in pre-filled syringe (1 pc. Per pack).

 

Ovitrelle is a medicinal product containing choriogonadotropin alfa, which is very similar to horionoviya gonadotropin, which naturally occurs in humans, but is created in the laboratory using a special recombinant DNA technology. It belongs to the family of hormones called gonadotrophins, which participate in the normal control of reproduction.

 

Ovitrelle is used in women undergoing Assisted Reproductive Technologies (APT), such as in vitro fertilization (IVF). Before that apply other medications that cause growth and development of multiple follicles, which eventually produce eggs. Then apply Ovitrelle to induce follicular maturation.

 

Ovitrelle is also used in women who do not produce eggs (a condition called anovulation) or produce too few eggs (oligoovulatsiya), having already been implemented other drugs to induce follicle development.

 

 BEFORE YOU USE ovitrelle

Do not take Ovitrelle:

 if you are pregnant or breast-feeding;

Be especially careful when using Ovitrelle:

 

Ovitrelle therapy may increase the risk of the syndrome of ovarian hyperstimulation (OHSS) (see also "Possible nizhelani effects").
