TSIBATSEN WHAT IS AND WHAT IT IS USED FOR?

Tsibatsen is available as film-coated tablets of 10 mg and 20 are scored with the help of which you can easily split them in half.

 

Tsibatsen is mainly used for treatment of high blood pressure. High blood pressure increases the workload of the heart and arteries. If there is a permanent increase in blood pressure, blood vessels, brain, heart and kidneys may be damaged and this can cause a stroke, heart failure or kidney failure. High blood pressure increases the risk of myocardial infarction. These problems are less likely to occur if blood pressure is well controlled.

 

Tsibatsen also can be used for other conditions (eg, heart disease or kidney), as prescribed by your doctor.

 

 BEFORE YOU TAKE TSIBATSEN

 

You can take Tsibatsen only after medical examination. Tsibatsen is not suitable for all patients.

 

Do not use Tsibatsen:

 

 If you are allergic (hypersensitive) to Tsibatsen or any of the excipients of Tsibatsen listed at the beginning of this leaflet.

 If you have an unusual or allergic reaction to other ACE inhibitors;

 If the use of ACE inhibitors have or have had sudden difficulty in breathing, swelling of the face, mouth, hands or feet, and hoarseness;

 If you are pregnant or plan to become pregnant.

 

If you think you may be allergic / a, consult your doctor

 

Caution with Tsibatsen:

 

 If you have severe kidney disease;

 If you have heart valve disease;

 If you recently have surgery (including dental surgery) or emergency treatment;

 If you have vomiting or diarrhea;

 If you are treatment with hymenoptera venom (poison used for testing or treatment of allergy to insect stings);

 If you are or you are on dialysis.

 

If any of the above applies to you, tell your doctor before taking Tsibatsen.

 

Tsibatsen and elderly

 

Tsibatsen can be used in patients aged over 65 years.

 

Tsibatsen and children

 

Not recommended for use in children.

 

Pregnant

 

Tsibatsen Do not take if you are pregnant. ACE inhibitors (including Tsibatsen) taken during pregnancy can cause serious birth defects. It is therefore necessary to immediately tell your doctor if you are pregnant.

 

Your doctor will discuss with you the possible risks of taking Tsibatsen during pregnancy.

 

Lactating women

 

Tsibatsen passes into breast milk. Tell your doctor if you are breast-feeding.

 

Driving and operating machinery

Taking other medicines

 

Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking or have recently taken any other medicines. Do not forget medicines obtained without a prescription.

 HOW TO USE TSIBATSEN?

 

Follow carefully the instructions of your doctor. Do not take more than the recommended dose. Patients who have high blood pressure often do not notice the signs of this problem. Many of them feel normal.

How much to take?

 POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS OF TSIBATSEN

Tell your doctor immediately if you experience any of the following:

 

Rarely

Rarely

Tell your doctor if any of the following conditions continue for longer or disturbing:

 

Often

 

Cough (dry, non-productive, persistent, mainly at night), abdominal discomfort, rapid heartbeat, redness, flu-like symptoms, headache, frequent urination.

 

Rarely

 

Diarrhea, nausea, nervousness, difficulty sleeping, loss of taste, tinnitus, joint pain, muscle pain.
