Cynarix 55 mg. 60 tablets

Active substance for 1 coated tablet: 55 mg Cynarae folium extractum siccum aquosum (4-6: 1), standardized to at least 2% Caffeoylquinic acids as chlorogenic acid.
Active ingredient for 1 coated tablet: 55 mg Artichoke, dried aqueous leaf extract (4-6: 1) standardized with at least 2% caffeoilic acids such as chlorogenic acid.

Cynarix is a herbal medicinal product.
This medicinal product is choleretic. It increases the bile secretion.

Action: The standardized artichoke extract assists the formation of bile juice in a mild but prolonged way, prevents bladder stagnation in the bile ducts, and enhances the release of digestive pancreatic enzymes required for digestion.

Indications: In disorders of digestion, gout, and abdominal swelling. Supportive treatment for biliary-liver dysfunction.


Do not take Cynarix: if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to the artichoke leaf extract, to other plants of the Scarecrow family or to any of the other ingredients of Zinaryx. Also, if you suffer from extra-lumbar obstruction of bile ducts, gallbladder emphysema, of the liver, obstruction of bile ducts and cholecystitis.

Take special care with Cynarix

Women planning a pregnancy or when pregnancy occurs during treatment should inform the treating physician. An initial doctor's diagnosis is needed to diagnose a diagnosis as well as regular review of a recommendation on the duration of therapy.
If complaints continue, a worsening of the condition or if the expected result is not achieved after 14 days, medical advice is also needed.

Important information about some of the ingredients of Zinaryx:

This medicine contains lactose and sucrose. If you have an intolerance to some sugars, do not take Zinaryx before consulting your doctor first.


Always take Cynarix exactly as your doctor has told you. If you are not sure of anything,
ask your doctor or pharmacist.

The usual dose for adults and children over 12 years is 1-2 tablets 3 times a day during a meal with a soft drink (for example one glass of water).

Cynarix can be taken as long as your doctor recommends. You have to be
consult with him if your symptoms do not improve after two weeks of treatment.

If you take more Cynarix than you should: No overdose has been reported.

If you forget to take Cynarix Do not take a double dose to make up for a forgotten dose.

Like all medicines, Zinaryx can cause side effects, although not everyone gets them. If any of the side effects gets serious, or if you notice any side effects not listed in this leaflet, please tell your doctor or pharmacist. Very rarely, gastrointestinal disorders (weak diarrhea, upper abdominal pain, nausea, heartburn) have been reported.


Store at temperature below 30 ° C in the original carton in a place protected from light. Keep out of the reach and sight of children. Do not use Zinarix after the expiry date which is stated on the carton. The expiry date refers to the last day of that month. Medicines should not be disposed of via wastewater or household waste. What Cynarix contains:

The active substance is Artichoke, a dried aqueous leaf extract (4-6: 1) standardized with not less than 2% caffeoilic acids such as chlorogenic acid.
The other ingredients are: 58.6 mg lactose, 106.6 mg sucrose, maltodextrin, colloidal anhydrous, cilactose (75% lactose monohydrate, 25% cellulose), copovidone, crospovidone, talc, magnesium stearate, titanium dioxide , methyl cellulose, calcium carbonate, povidone, glycerol 85%, colorants (Indigotin E 132 and Quinoline Yellow E 104), Eudragit E 12.5, Wax.
