1 What is Baclofen-Polfarma and what it is used?
Baclofen-Polfarma a medicinal product, whose action is based on the reduction of increased muscle tone, seen in different conditions, such as multiple sclerosis, spinal cord injury, cerebral stroke, cerebral paralysis, meningitis, and trauma glavata.Tozi product reduces pain associated with increased muscle tone and thus promotes the rehabilitation.

2 Before taking Baclofen-Polfarma
This product should not be used by patients who are hypersensitive to baclofen or to any of the excipients of the product or patients with gastric or duodenal ulcers.
With particular reference Baclofen-Polfarma should be used when:
• impaired renal function (baclofen is excreted through the kidneys). Impaired renal function, the dose of baclofen should be reduced by a physician.

4 Possible side effects
